Virtuous Lady

We had gone to Devon to take part in an orienteering event near the edge of Dartmoor on an area called Virtuous Lady. I have since discovered that is the name of  a mine that produced copper, tin and iron ore from 1558 until 1870.  I wish we had stayed longer so that we could explore the area after the orienteering event. So much history. This is the view as I watched the orienteers struggling back up the hill to the Finish
