Busy week ahead with graduations to look forward to and evening engagements Tue, Wed & Thur ( 2 work related, 1 not and looking forward to all) .... so took time tonight to cook something from scratch using up leftovers & store cupboard staples. Very tasty it was too.

Now watching This Farming Life on catch up - a wee gem of a programme.
