Five years ago today, I met the Minx for the first time IRL. We had been Twitter friends for I actually don't know how long but this was the first time we actually met up.

Of course, I've written about this in previous Blips, so I won't try your patience by regurgitating all that: I'll simply satisfy myself by saying how happy I am (and the Minx appears to be). 

We spent this evening together, in front of the fire, exchanging gifts, nibbling on olives and stuffed peppadews, and putting the wine glasses that we bought for one another to good use :-)
