Autumn rose

I remember blipping the last rose of summer about a month ago. Obviously I got that wrong.
J was discharged from hospital yesterday, so I’m taking a few days off work. We’re both quite tired, so have had a very quiet day. Managed a reasonable stroll along the old railway routes, with only the odd spatter of rain.
