Another year has passed...

In great memory of this victim of World War II, Capt. Bernard Sweet.
He piloted a Thunderbolt in the 9th Air Force when he was killed in action March 25th, 1945.
He was born October 25th, 1919 in Rushford (NY USA).
His grave is on the American War cemetery in Margraten (NL) and has been adopted by my parents initially and now by us.

Today we visited his grave again and brought some flowers to commemorate his Birthday.
We're always full of emotion when we enter the cemetery and see all those graves, unbelievable so many young men lost their life for our freedom.
