Ouch.

Got out of bed this morning, my knee just caved in and I banged my head on the wardrobe. I thought I was on the mend, but there is clearly still a long way to go.

So no Hare Hill today. I did hobble across to the Shopping Centre this afternoon, but that has been all I"ve managed.  I just find it so boring not being able to go out hiking ... :-(
