History buff

Last day of my dad’s birthday trip to London and we started at the Cabinet War Rooms with the Churchill museum. We had chosen this partly because Anna has been learning about WW2 at school this term and is really interested in it. She loved it, listened to every bit of the audio guide and watched all the videos, played all the interactive games etc. We also purchased a really lovely book in the shop which is written like a 9yr old girl’s diary from wartime Britain and she’s been glued to it at every opportunity for the rest of the day.
