Archeology

This is one of several trenches opened by the team of archeologist who are looking to see what may be concealed on land targeted by developers.  This trench very clearly cuts through an earthwork of some kind. Exactly what it represents I have no idea, but I'm going to have a chat with the archeologists tomorrow to see what they can tell me.
