John Dory

Sarah and I were up and out early to attend Rick Steins Cookery School to learn Asian Street Food, for an eye watering price.

To our surprise there were a broad range of ages and both sexes on the course with us. The youngest course member was a 14 year old boy.

It was great and we both learned some handy tips and gained some confidence in preparing and cooking Fish. We have brought some leftovers back for the family.
