Today, I tried to donate some items to the PDSA shop down from where I work. The shop had two members of staff and two browsing customers in it. I was somewhat amazed when one of the staff told me that they couldn't accept my donations as they didn't have enough staff, I asked to see the manager but she was having her lunch.
