BBC Radio Scotland's weather prediction at about 1pm. Not verbatim, but close enough.

The Blip is the weather in Dunfermline just before 3pm. Dunfermline is quite some way from the far west or northwest.

I'm used to the BBC spouting rubbish (or keeping quiet if it thinks the government might like it that way). But as I've commented before, their weather forecasters are either asleep or on another planet.

I was grumpy anyway after 75 minutes at the dentist and emerging much poorer than I went in.
