011 Pamela

Pamela and a cup of tea. It would save her some time if she just glued the cup to her hand! Pam and I have energetic saturdays together going swimming (read: sitting in a jacuzzi) and have lunch. I love spending time with Pamela, she's funny, honest, gutsy, compassionate, joy-full, motivates me to do exercise, practical, gentle, and a great person to get stuck cooking for 40 people in a grotty kitchen with.

Think I'm going to get my exercise ball and DVD out tomorrow and get in shape more for our next trip to the swimming pool!!
