Writing with the non-dominant hand

I taught cursive handwriting to third-grade children for twenty-five years. Day after day, I would pass out the lovely wide-lined paper, then I would take the line-marker and draw wide lines on the chalkboard. I would demonstrate how to draw each letter, lower and upper case, then how to make the joins. They enjoyed it. And now I benefit, too. I am keeping a paper journal, writing and drawing with my non-dominant hand, without the use of my index finger.
