Autumn trees and a ?Mackintosh rose sculpture frame the House for an Art Lover in Glasgow’s Bellahouston Park under a blue sky.  Although it was designed in 1901 by Glasgow’s most celebrated architect, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, it was not built during his lifetime but construction began in 1989 and was completed in 1996.  Unbeknown to our friend it was the location for his surprise birthday party and an enjoyable time was spent catching up with his family and friends.
