Abandoned industrial building #2

We went into Victoria yesterday to have the brakes on the car done.  Lucky to get a loaner so we could do a few other things, including taking a look for abandoned buildings downtown.  I chose this one because I liked how it was fenced off, although I wouldn't mind having a closer look inside that fence.  Unlike another blipper I know, there's no way I'd scale that fence!
