No Cranes

In the afternoon I went up the hill with eyes and ears wide open.
The local news said there had be cranes sighted all over the land.
Not where I was. Too bad.

Eyes and ears got really cold by the way. There was a very wintery chill in the cold wind.

We have two holidays coming up (and Monday is a so-called Brückentag "bridge day" for me - a day between the weekend and the holidays - I'm taking overtime and will not go back to work until Thursday) - so there might be a chance of spotting a few lost cranes coming my direction.
