Every Saturday morning I scan through the travel section of the Sydney Morning Herald looking for holiday bargains.  Yesterday I got lucky and found a well-priced tour of India.  It's exactly 3 years since we enjoyed a month there and vowed to return.  This package appealed because it includes Varanasi and a few new destinations.  

The main image and the extra are from my 'point and shoot' days.  As I searched for something to post I was horrified at what I previously thought was an acceptable image.  Since taking photography seriously I've longed to return to this amazing country with my DSLR and the things I've learned about photography since I was last there.
