Flash

I was shooting the Voodoo Ball and the Wake the Dead Parade for Getintothis tonight. It wasn't going to happen without flash, but that's always been a bit of dark art for me. I don't understand how it works or how it's supposed to work. Anyway, by a fair amount of trial and (mostly) error, I got a decent set of images.

The Wake the Dead Parade is something I've never seen before and it was a treat. From Bold Street down to Mathew Street like some kind of magnetic buzz, it just generates more and more people to come and watch or follow it. All the while dancing and bouncing around. Superb atmosphere.
