The tree at the front

I'm guessing it's a late flowering cheery tree. It's amass of blossoms and it's absolutely stunning. I miss my native clematis at my old home and this is a delightful discovery.

I didn't know I could be so excited about a blossom tree and it's a gift to look at. Happily it puts on a show of bright red leaves in autumn.

Lot's of fiddly little jobs today.

Today's gratitude: For the time I spent sitting out the back with a cup of coffee, a good book, enjoying the sun and my growing vege garden.
