One of those days

Unfortunately this morning Sophie woke up to discover she had some form of winter vomiting bug! She had to retire to her bed and George was left to us.
He managed quite well. Rob and Chris took the pack to Lily mere for a good long walk.
Helen and I went to collect Gilly from the station then home to play with George and early tea before us ladies went out to the Brewery to see Sophie Hagen, a young feminist comedian. She made us all laugh, including the several men in the audience.
Gilly had been intending to stay overnight but with Sophie ill she decided to catch the train home, alas it was a bus replacement!
Back home, George was having a bad evening with a stuffy nose and rather unsettled so I sat up with him until he passed out! Good job the clocks are going back!
