Let the season begin

I have been eating pomegranates for a month or so but I thought I might make it official. Though I have been trying to eat more in season and locally (thanks to the book Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver) I cannot escape the sinful delight of the pomegranate.
