Headstop...

...at All Saints Church Castle Camps.

We've had another quiet day today, not doing very much at all.  We were over to Castle Camps this morning for church and then had a really great Harvest Lunch at Horseheath.  A full roast and pudding for 70 odd people is no small undertaking but it really was a good meal.  Met one familiar but unexpected face and discovered a hitherto unknown maker of very fine home-made ice-cream.

The head stop is on one of the south facing nave windows, must have been up there for quite a while but is sheltered from the weather by a buttress so still looks quite crisp.
