Flanders Fields Day 3

Today we visited the Passchendaele Museum 1917 and the underground trench at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwkerk Zonnebeke next door. This trench network is only open until the 10th November when it will be perminately closed.

We then moved onto Tyne Cot, the resting place of over 11,900 Commonwealth servicemen. My Blip is of the 7 ex-servicemen from the REME who I have been showing around the battlefields this weekend.

We finished the tour paying our respects also to the fallen German soldiers at the German War Cemetery of Langemark. See extra.

Back to Blighty tomorrow.
