Grangemouth

Rather a different Sunday as a friend and I went to Grangemouth for the day to train as Jog Leaders. It was an early start (so thankful the clocks had given us an extra hour) and a busy day with classroom and practical sessions but well presented and interesting.
we had a brief lunch break and I managed to get this pic which seems to sum up the place - an athletics stadium and an oil refinery!
The journey home was a bit of a nightmare due to road works and traffic, it took and hour to go about 2 miles - we could have run 3X the distance in that time!
