Extreme concentration

Preparing the Halloween pumpkins is no laughing matter. 
There was a draw today, to decide who would get small, medium and large.
They do the tracing with a biro where the cuts should be made. I do the cutting myself, I'd rather not have kids' fingers in my annual pumpkin soup, it's a strictly vegetarian dish. 
The rest of the day for them was spent being irritating little bollixes. Supremely irritating. 
The anticipation of Halloween and all that... 

It truly is a warm up lap before Christmas...
