Dublin 3

Back on the bus this morning to finish the tour we started yesterday.  We went to a food market then to a Gallery of Photography, which didn’t have much in the way of photography. Just one small gallery.  

Italian lunch at Forno500 before a walk to Trinity College via Dublin Castle.  

The first part, the Book of Kells wasn’t really our cup of tea, but the Long Room here was amazing. The scale of the place is incredible, and it just smells of books that are hundreds of years old.

We walked back to the hotel to gather up our things, then head to the airport.

The flight was on time, all going fairly well, until we hit Edinburgh.  The wind made for a lively landing!  Tram then taxi home when we landed.
