SLOWLY DOES IT

That’s the phrase this man should be doing but he decided to take the superman status a bit too far!!!

Up early to take J and K to St Helier for blood tests and to meet the consultant.

Tennis friend came round for a cuppa The Rev decided to show off about how well he is doing!!!

We went for a short stroll that ended in a longer walk than I think he should have done.

Then I went back to St Helier to collect J and K and took them home via a quick shop trip and their friend’s house. It was nice to have time to chat and to see their new abode...the Granny flat attached to K’s parents house, it’s ideal as J has be in near isolation for 2 months due to anti rejection drugs.

Came home exhausted after 4 hours driving today ... glad to have a delicious chicken and mushroom casserole (thanks Mum again) . Went to bed at 7 o’clock someone was aching...I won’t say I told you so but........ visitor called round at 7:30!!!! Doorstep chat only I’m afraid.

Recovery Path DAY 2/60.. 20 min dog walk.
