Stone Plaque on Haworth Moor, West Yorkshire

Whilst walking over Haworth Moor with my dog, I came across this carved stone plaque on Penistone Hill. Stone was quarried there many years ago, and this looks like a plaque to commemorate the stone mason / quarrymen.
