A most enjoyable day spent with a friend and her dog over in the mountains.

We always come away with more than we take (this time it was a jar of homemade chutney, a crab terrine and a bar of geranium, rose and poppy soap). I'm sure we must put on a few pounds too, as she's an incredible cook.

An early start tomorrow as we're off to an island we've never visited before :)
