Blooming again!

With the weird weather this year our alstroemerias decided to bloom for a second time, which hasn't happened before. It's noticeable how much birdsong there is too - I'm concerned that they may think it's spring rather than autumn, but I'm no expert on birds....

Had a lovely lunch out with a friend today. We enjoyed it so much that we've booked to have a pre-Christmas lunch in early December. We sat by a crackling log fire today and have asked if we can have the same table next time - it was so cosy!
