Kingfisher

A gloomy day, so I didn't think it was worth packing my zoom, as I walked through the dene to have lunch with my mum. Consequently, according to the Law of Sod, I had the first decent view of a kingfisher I've had for quite some time.
Heavily cropped, and a little fuzzy, this is not a great image, but it serves as a reminder that it's always a thrill to see these stunning little birds.
