A Parade in Slivers

It was the Annual Rhododendron Saturday Parade at Blackheath. No one is entirely certain why we have faithfully held it for more than 60 years now but all Blackheathens ARE entirely sure that the weather will be unseasonably cold and wet. If not actually rainy, then foggy and gloomy (like today). Nonetheless, everyone looks forward to it and everyone seems to enjoy it.

As usual I turned up to shoot some pictures and as usual I took far too many frames for a quick convenient extras show or Flickr link. So I decided to convert nine assorted pictures to "slivers" and run them together as a combination panorama. Something different I guess.

Definitely best seen LARGE.
