Westfir Covered Bridge

We've hooked up with a Eugene seniors outdoor group with some very cool people in it and that seem to be quite active.

Next week we'll go for a bicycle ride up in the Cascade mountains with these folks on a piece of the "Cascades Scenic Byway".

Today we drove up to check out the gathering place for the start of our 20 mile ride... a covered bridge built in 1945 over the North Fork of the Willamette River.
