The butchers apprentice

We picked up a Sika hind carcass this morning from the larder. Skinned and chopped up most of it is now in the freezer apart from the chops we had for dinner ...very good.

This is my husband and Snappers butchering it on our kitchen table, my husband is the apprentice. See the extra for the a shot of the master skinning it.

Off out now to our fireworks and bonfire in the village
