Maintaining a staple diet

Busy morning - Amanda and Mr T coming round this afternoon.  Made some bread cooked chicken and salmon and other bits and pieces.

They arrived about 1ish and we had a lovely chat and put the world to rights.

Today was one of those days when my Silly Saturday blip didn't instantly come to mind but on the end when eyes peeled for something to blip I said a stapler and as today was a busy day and not much time for faffing decided on a staple diet.  Thanks to Admirer for hosting this challenge
