Puff Ball

Not sure what Fungi this is, but to me it's like a Puff Ball.
If you touch it, it puff out smoke type substance which I guess is it spreading it's spores.
Anyone spread any light on what this is would be good, I'm sure it's not edible.
We have 2 of them in our garden, do we get rid of them or leave them alone?
