Sitting in the sun

Although it was bright and sunny it was rather chilly today, but that didn't stop a couple hardy souls sitting outside The Ship on The Shore. Actually I suspect that it was the ability to sit down with a pint and a cigarette that enticed them outside.

On a warm day these tables are usually full of diners enjoying a bite to eat, very often you'll pass by to see large seafood platters, bowls of mussels or oysters. I've often wanted to stop and take photos of diners with giant prawns and shellfish plates in front of them but felt it would be intruding (it would have to be a close up shot to get the food in) and I don't like seafood.
