Looking along the Thames

The weather today has been sunny and cold with blue skies all day.  It has, however, been a sad day for me as I attended the funeral of a truly lovely lady whom I have known all my life, she was 94.  She was the last of Mum's friends alive so an end of an era.  Her daughter and I will carry on the friendship that they started over 70 years ago.  Took this photo on the way back from the funeral not really in the mood for photos but it was a beautiful evening
