It is getting dark earlier and earlier.

We did not the win the book quiz, but we got a rake in the book box anyway. 

Today the man came and maintained the boiler, I moved the hook in the ceiling (having found the REAL hook in a box whilst I was looking for the strike plate for the bedroom door lock...long story). I painted two door finger plates and the door lock and the strike plate. 

I now have a glass of Cardhu Gold Reserve and I am watching the episode of Big Bang Theory where Sheldon moons an award ceremony.
