Bethlehem Hallowe'en Parade ...

The City of Bethlehem finally had their Hallowe'en Parade this afternoon.  It was postponed from last Sunday due to the weather.  Today wasn't much better!

My favorite part of the parade is all the cute dogs in their costumes!
