Cosmic egg

A new yoga pose name learnt today. It's when you're moving towards headstand but instead of extending your legs into the air above, you keep them bent close to you, creating a sort of oval shape. Like an upside down version of the pose you'd take to bomb into a swimming pool. These yoga instructors have been smoking something to come up with these pose names.

For such a flat landscape, Cambridge has skylines that sometimes strike me, especially as the sun is fading. It's endlessly enjoyable to cycle the city's backstreets. More cities need to embrace cycling like this.

Evening was vegetarian feast dinner with my friend Koy. It's nice having friends whose views challenge your own, or give you different perspectives. Friendly and passionate sparring makes for some good conversation.
