Ragu Sauce

Cooking Delia Smith's Ragu Bolognaise Sauce from her Winter Collection today. Of all the cookbooks on my shelves (and there are quite a few), this one is the one we look forward to creating dishes from as the nights begin to "draw in".

There hasn't been an awful lot of real recipe making going on at our house recently, but as our book group are meeting at my house tomorrow evening, I decided to pull this together for them. It involves a bit of preparation, and then 4 hours in the oven, but it's worth it.
