Most beautiful?

Our village has been described as the most beautiful in Scotland. I don't know if that is true (and anyway, who is to judge? It must be subjective.). I do know that when we got a chance to take our delegates out for a walk into the village today, it certainly looked at its best in the Autumn sunlight.

We walked past one garden where the washing was hanging on a rotary dryer. They evidently had too many garments for the dryer, because three shirts were on hangers hanging from the branches of a tree. Very resourceful!
