The morning after the weekend

It was hard getting up this morning especially knowing that 7 sewing  fairies were still in bed ( probably). Beautiful morning so not that bad really.

After note.
Mr PBs mum should be discharged from hospital this week so we thought we had better get her new room ready. I had not been to the nursing home before, or any other so going in was quite a shock.

Where Pam has been living almost feels hotel like, this however is very institutional. The staff seemed great and greeted us, telling us all about Pam and that they had been in contact with the hospital that day.  However the room was clinical and sterile. All felt a bit final, and sad.
