Raspberry-almond-coconut gratin

We had friends over for dinner tonight and I made these raspberry-almond-coconut gratins for dessert. Unfortunately the photo does not do them justice.

It was the first time I tried to make them, but they turned out quite nice. A few minor tweaks in the recipe and they will be fabulous! :)

We had such a good time anyway that our guests left much later than they planned. Good times!
