Roots

Not a great day following the bug I have picked up. Steve took Josh to football and ran the line, leaving me to sniffle and rest.

I did take the boys to the gym and walked in the forest for awhile instead of doing anything too ambitious. This photo is a scene from the Swinley Forest and although I have blipped a different angle of these roots, I felt they were worth another feature. This is right next to the Go Ape centre and not far from the visitor centre.

Later on I knew I had a tennis match and I went ahead with that and won. I managed to breathe easily during the match but for most of the day I have felt blocked up. I am happy that I was able to enjoy much of the day.
