Base camp

Glamping in North Wales in November sounds like a crazy concept for a car launch event, but it was fun! This was the view of our base camp near the foot of Snowdon on the way back from the shower block this morning. Some of my journalist colleagues didn’t sleep too well, with rain and wind lashing the tents. I was luckier, and slept very well, probably thanks to the radiator and electric blanket that made my bed-in-a-tepee cosy!
