Totara

Some ghost-like shapes to be seen on our walk yesterday on the Summit Walkway.

Logging in the 1800's, by the first European settlers, has seen remnant native totara trunks surviving to provide interest in the landscape.

A brilliant blue-sky day spent roaming on Banks Peninsula.

Back blip.
