Its bright and sunny here today.
Local news re a Monkseaton lad whose parents ran a Newsagents further down from the pub on yesterday's blip.
Gordon Griffin an actor who now lives down South was at Buckingham Palace this week.
He received the MBE from the Queen for his services to Audio books and Charity.
He is a Member of Monkseaton Village site and posted a super photo of the occasion.
He promised to come to a coffee morning when he comes up North.
I asked him if it was necessary to bow and curtsey ;)
