Sorry!!!!

But it had to be done - the first decoration going up in the shopping centre in Plymouth. There will be a Nutcracker trail to follow for the children when the lights are switched on next Thursday. As you will see, Santa's door is still locked. I expect he is still working hard inside! :))
Maybe I should have kept this one for Silly Saturday!!
